WHERE IS THE REST OF MY ORDER?
Your order can be shipped separately from different warehouses, to get your items to you as soon as possible. Not to worry though, they typically arrive separately within a few days of each other. If you do not receive the remainder of your order within the next 7 days please contact us.
I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours from placing your order. We pack and ship orders as fast as we can so it is beyond 24 hours, we apologize but will be unable to make any changes or cancel your order.
CAN I CANCEL OR REFUND MY ORDER?
Yes! Please check our refund/return policy at the footer menu. NOTE: We do not offer refunds while your order is in transit as it is already on the way to you.
